With 15 years design experience in the home fashions industry Patrick is putting design first at Hunter Fan. He is helping breathe new life into a 130-year old company by keeping Hunter’s ceiling fans refreshingly modern.

Prior to Hunter Fan, Patrick led the design and development of Target Corporation’s private label housewares product. Patrick’s invaluable experience in trend and color analysis as well as innovation tools, has helped shape his design philosophies.

Ted Roberts
Industrial Design Manager

Ted is responsible for providing aesthetic vision and direction at Allegion for multiple brands including Schlage, Kryptonite, and LCN.

He specializes in home décor and has a passion for architecturally inspired product design. His design experience is diverse, having worked in the plumbing, lighting, electronics, and hardware industries.

Jessica Mcconnell
Global Color, Material and Finish Sr. Design Manager

Jessica is responsible for the color material and finish design direction for 12 brands, including JennAir, KitchenAid, and Whirlpool.

Her previous work experiences include CMF design and trends for Motorola Mobility, Chicago, and color and trends consultant for several consumer electronics companies including HP and Samsung mobile.

Scott Dannenfelser
Senior Design Manager

Scott is responsible for creating and managing the trend and design portfolio of surfacing materials for the North American commercial market.

His career has focused on aligning design strategy with business challenges to ensure full consumer engagement and memorable commercial experiences.

Senior Director of Industrial Design

Judd is responsible for industrial design across all brands at Delta Faucet Company including Peerless, Delta Faucet, and Brizo.

He approaches product design as an artistic and structural engineering challenge, leaning on inspiration found in architecture, cultures and nature to create what he calls functional sculpture.

Elizabeth Souders
Director of Product Management

Elizabeth is responsible for the windows product portfolio management for JELD WEN, the largest manufacturer of window and doors in the world.

With a background in PR/Communications and Environmental Certification, Elizabeth brings a holistic and multi-disciplinary approach to the windows category.

Jennifer Schmidt

Jennifer is based in the metro Washington, DC area. Her work has been featured in Domino,, The Washington Post.

Her design philosophy is to keep decor chic, timeless, and luxurious with a touch of glamour. As an entrepreneur and mother of two daughters, Jennifer understands the importance of designing practical, yet beautiful spaces.

Mary Jo Peterson

Mary Jo is a certified kitchen, bath, and aging in place designer and her work has earned national recognition.

Her work with builders, architects, remodelers, manufacturers, and private clients contributes to the evolving integration of access and beautiful design, in the kitchen, the bath, and all through the house.
